Reflective Supervision

for professional psychotherapists

Join our team of highly trained professional women.

Reflective, collaborative, and regular supervision is the highest standard of care for individuals working with children and families. Reflection in a supervisory relationship requires a foundation of honesty and trust. Together, we create an environment in which you do your best thinking—one characterized by safety, calmness, and support. It is through the reflective parallel process that you model for parents how to be the reflective listeners for their children, creating a higher quality attachment bond with children and their parents. This is why we offer reflective supervision at Child Parent Connection.

If you are seeking employment with our private practice and have a passion for serving infants, toddlers, children, teens, new moms, and parents, we would love to speak with you. You must be registered with the BBS as an Associate of Marriage and Family Therapy or as an Associate of Clinical Social Work. We also welcome Licensed psychotherapists to apply as well. We offer a competitive pay package as well as a retirement plan. In your cover letter, be sure to list the professional and clinical experiences you have serving the specific population we care for at Child Parent Connection. Only applicants who have completed some trainings in infant, early childhood, and maternal mental health will be considered for employment.
