Therapy for the whole family

Parenthood is hard.

Sometimes the process is overwhelming.

If your child’s behavioral or emotional needs are challenging for you as a parent, you are not alone. If you’re struggling in your transition into parenthood, navigating family conflicts, or experiencing stress that is impacting your family life, psychotherapy supports your healing journey.

 How we can help:

Why Our Approach is Unique

At CPC, we aim to support families, new mothers, and parents by strengthening their important relationships. We consider the whole child as well as the whole parent, supporting each individual in the family system to identify their needs and find a pathway toward getting their needs met. We do not see children as ‘bad’ nor do we blame parents for children’s problems. Instead, we help you deconstruct the dysfunction in your lives as a way to bring you deep insight, understanding, and growth. This attunement-building process is what leads to more regulation, engagement, joy, and connection between you and your children. By improving the relational dynamics in the home, the family learns to resolve conflict, communicate better, and feel more bonded.

If you’re needing help, there is hope.
